Как лепить руки, мышцы и анатомия СТЕКА_урок

Hello everyone, this is the second modeling
lesson and today we will analyze it. How to sculpt a hand completely. That is, from the wrist to the shoulder, we
will find out what proportions should be, because this is probably the main mistake
of all beginners, and what can I say, I myself did not know this until I started writing
the lesson. But first, let’s recall what we had there
in the first video, where I showed how to sculpt a brush. Subscribers showed me that they had blinded
and, in principle, yes, everyone managed to one degree or another, but they all had the
same mistakes, and now I’ll try to tell you a little about them and explain some of
the nuances. And so here I blinded the brush precisely
with those mistakes that were made and will now show what and how. And you shake on the mustache. The first is the fingers. The very first phalanx, that is, the phalanx
with nails should taper a little to its top, the fingers that I saw were more like hemp
or stumps. How to fix this, just narrow the first phalanx
and where we have a nail, we flatten this surface a little. That is, where we have the fingertip, there
is a circle, and on top where the nail there the surface is flatter. Well, from the side you can clearly see what
I mean. So we narrow all the fingers, not very much,
but to make it all the same noticeable and move on to the second error. Bent fingers do not look like a rake and
they do not bend in life. And who carefully watched the video, he remembers
that I said that all fingers should be slightly bent towards the center and this is not just
that. When the finger bends, with his fingernail
he begins to look in the center of the palm. And as a rule, the joints of the phalanges
bend at different angles. That is, during a gesture, the finger bends
at its base and in the middle. And the very first phalanx is almost straightened. And I repeat, they are all slightly rotated
and look in the middle of the palm. The third mistake is to completely ignore
the thumb and if it is bent somehow it is completely wrong. And you should do it like this, take it for
all this meaty part and bring it into the palm of your hand. And voila, the brush becomes more voluminous,
and all you had to do was bend your fingers correctly. For the hundredth time I repeat, see academic
drawings, everything is very clearly depicted there. With fingers sorted out hopefully. Now the next error. The width of the wrists and palms, I did not
talk about this in the lesson. Because I missed this moment, and even in
addition I myself did not know. Well, as a rule, the wrist width is about
the same as the distance from the metacarpal bones of the little finger to the index finger. I did not find any exact rules, so I’ll
proceed from this approximately. Take straight from the middle of the bone
and draw exactly to the bottom. And plus or minus this distance will be equal
to the width of the wrist. And the last mistake remains, to get the thickness
of the palm, for some reason, for many, one hundred sides of the little finger, she is
directly nibbled. So we make it thicker and do not forget, if
the thumb is brought inside, then we also need to add mass. And on the corpus callosum too. There is still a small nuance, well, this
is when you have completely figured out the general construction of the brush and begin
to pay attention to the little things. Here in this place there is a small tubercle. This muscle is responsible for the movement
of the thumb and allows us to bring it to the index finger. And also, if you are very attentive, you may
have noticed that elderly people or patients have a characteristic failure in this place. All due to the fact that with age or due to
illness, some muscles greatly lose their volume or atrophy. Well, we fix it up, something where we bend
as you like and, in principle, everything is ready. There is a form. There is a gesture, it looks naturally more
or less, then everything is fine. And so while I repeat all the same, but with
a different brush, I will answer the questions that I was asked under the last lesson. They basically asked how to blind the face,
head, torso, eyes, mouth and nose, etc. So I said that such lessons will be in every
part of the body, in each. After we disassemble the hand, I probably
will already begin to disassemble this very head. But it will have to be divided into several
videos, because you can’t tell at one time. They also asked how to sculpt hair and folds
on clothes. Well, everything is clear with hair, they
will be with your head, but I don’t know about the folds of clothes, since I myself
don’t know how to make them and I don’t fully understand their whole nature. Well, maybe when I figure it out myself. I’ll write something on this subject, but
for now no, I don’t know what and why talk about something, I don’t understand anything
about it. And by the way, I said something about the
source there. So I decided to upload everything to the second
channel, this can also be regarded as a modeling lesson, a link to it is in the description,
there will be a kind of warehouse. Go watch, or maybe even subscribe. But first, watch this video to the end, and
so let’s finally start, a new lesson. I divided it into 2 parts, in this video there
will be the main shape of the arm, a little anatomy to understand where which muscles
are located and what they are responsible for. In general, only the appearance of the hand. And in the second video I’ll already talk
about how to give it movement, a gesture, how muscles change, where they contract, how
the joint bends at a certain moment. And how can I show you the female hand with
which there were problems, because it always attracts me to add precisely muscle thickness,
make large joints, and everything is so refined in the female hand that it’s not usual for
me, but you need to somehow teach yourself to avoid. But this will all be in another video. And so let’s go. I scrubbed a lot of things and read, but there
are no exact rules on the proportion of the hand, nothing was clear with the brush, the
middle finger is equal to the length of the palm, the middle of the palm is the middle
of the thumb, and so on. And this time there’s nothing of that kind,
well, I’ve been quick-witted, put together gags, and the truth will be somewhere in the
middle. In order to find out the proportions of the
hand, according to the idea, we first sculpt, correctly the body. This is conditionally our body, ribs, pelvis,
and somewhere in this place there should be a navel. And now we need to find out the length of
the humerus and there’s nothing left to do, just put a hand on the body to the body
and just above the navel, approximately at this point our elbow will be located. You yourself can go to the mirror and figure
it out. But we must also take into account such an
important point. Tall people with long limbs always look more
aesthetic and prettier. So we take with a margin. And so finding out the length of the humerus,
we now find out all the other values. That actually I also sat and invented something
like that, because well, there isn’t any exact formula. And so I sat with a ruler, measured, calculated,
and came to this conclusion. From the shoulder part of the arm, where we
have biceps and triceps, we make such a rectangular bar, our conditional length, which we found
out earlier. Then we make the second bar of the same, but
it will be approximately 1/10 shorter. This will be our forearm. Then we make the third bar, it will be equal
to exactly half of the humerus. It will be our brush in a straightened state. Well, now we connect everything as in the
video. As a result, such a blank of the arm should
turn out, in the expanded state, that is, the palm will look forward, and the elbow
back. For any movement of the forearm, two bones
are responsible. The ulna comes from the little finger and
the radius, which in turn is already from the thumb. And when our hand rotates, either inward or
outward, the elbow remains in place, they can only bend at the elbow, that is, bring
the wrist to the shoulder, it does not rotate along its axis. But the radius bone is responsible for the
turn of the forearm. And she, as it were, twists into an elbow
circle. And having turned such a thing as I show in
the video, now it’s easier for us to outline where the elbow and ulnar bone will be. And just the very bone at the wrist that I
often mentioned. At this point, something similar should happen. Now we unfold it back to its original position
and begin to cling to the meat. The arm will be quite muscular, it’s easier
for me to show what where and how it will look. I started with the brachioradialis muscle,
it is clear why it is so called. Because it is attached to the radius and the
humerus. Next are several muscles at once, but visually
it all looks like one single unit. They are attached just below the elbow and
go to the wrist. With the help of these muscles, our hand can
bend, rotate, fingers clench into a fist, and so on, all small motor skills. Maybe I’ll be wrong somewhere, but in general
terms it all looks like this. With the inside of the forearm, for now, everything
is now the outer side, from the elbow to the wrist, but on the other side, of course, there
are long muscles, thanks to which our hand can rise up, and our fingers can extend and
protrude backward. Then I will upload a full video to another
channel, where all the sculpting can be seen better, but for now I only show basically
how it should look. Because most of the video I basically just
smooth out with my fingers and tweak some moments. And so just below the thumb, on top is a small
tubercle. This muscle is responsible for bringing the
thumb back. When you turn the forearm, you should get
such a picture, if everything is done correctly, then you don’t even need to correct anything,
everything goes to its own accord. The next important point. Our hand, if you straighten it, it will not
be straight, but as if a little to step aside. In the structure of the body in general there
is not a single straight part of the body; everything is bent somehow goes at an angle. Well, even remember the fingers at the beginning
of the video. unless at least one of them looks directly,
no, they are located in their plane and bend as it was intended by nature for better biomechanics,
to grab hold something and so on. Next, we have the posterior surface of the
humerus, and there we have triceps. I start with the inner head. Her peak will be in the middle of the bone. In general, everyone has a different muscle
structure, or rather, not a structure, but their shape. Someone has a short muscle abdomen and a long
tendon, or vice versa. Triceps is similar in shape to a horseshoe
and spans a bone behind. The outer head is usually smaller than the
inner one and looks like a comma. Now you need to slightly correct the elbow
joint. Show that he is still there. And not a big addition to the inner triceps
head. All the same, it is not for nothing that triceps
is called triceps. Because it consists of three muscle abdomen,
the external part and the internal, where one head passes under the other. Well, something should look like this. Next is everyone’s beloved biceps, in itself
it’s not a big muscle, and according to the idea, biceps should be 2 times less than
triceps. Although many people like to stick a huge
dance instead. In a relaxed form, the biceps look like such
a small bar, which slightly goes to the bottom to the side. To the inside of the elbow. From above, of course, it does not go to the
very end, but ends with a long tendon and is attached to
the head of the humerus, where the shoulder muscles lie already on top. And it would seem biceps ready, triceps too. But something is missing, there is some sort
of emptiness. The fact is that the biceps do not lie on
the bone just like that, but another muscle passes under it. And she just fills this void on the side. That’s how much I saw the work of subscribers,
and not only that, the Internet is also full of this, very few people take this into account
that this detail is present on the side. Everyone just has huge biceps and almost everything. Such a thin wand with a huge roll on it. And it looks to put it mildly not right and
not beautiful. Dachshund well and the finale. Shoulder. It consists of three heads. The front, not very large part, the middle,
largest head and rear, in size, is the same as the front. Then, when I will do the torso, I will already
explain how the shoulders are intertwined with the shoulder blade, trapezius muscle
and pectoral muscle. And there will be a more understandable picture,
but for now. And so I didn’t smooth my fingers a lot
behind the scenes and worked on the brush so that it wouldn’t catch my eye and have
a full, full-fledged look. And here’s what happened, maybe the hand seems
a little short, but it’s because of the thick joints. And so again I repeat the details on which
you need to pay attention. I will circle these areas, but for you it remains only to remember and take into
account what and how. The arm should be voluminous on all sides,
there is not a single homogeneous and straight section. Want to portray a powerful muscular arm, then
forget about the giant biceps. Here it is rather necessary to pay more attention
to the forearm. After which I would probably note triceps,
because it is he who creates the main volume of the arm. Then the brachial muscle, which is located
between the biceps and triceps. But in the end, biceps themselves. The shoulder is also an important thing, but
I’ll tell you more about it when I make the torso. There, the shoulders are just involved very
well. But here, too, you can not badly consider
everything. The first part of the video is all for now,
deal with this information, and a little later I will upload a sequel. Well, do not forget to look at the description
under the video. There are links to the VK group, where by
the way there are textbooks on anatomy, a link to plasticine, also a link to the second channel, where now I will upload
all the sources. And probably everything, like I didn’t forget
anything. Yes. Learn to sculpt, learn anatomy, all the lipos
of creative success, thanks for watching, all the luck and all for now. Let us hear in
the second part of the lesson.
