this is a burger joint was voted the
best burgers in the South Bay multiple years so about to try to get a lot of
calories higher fat and shock the metabolism a little bit I typically do a cheat meal at least like
once a week kind of switch up a little bit and I normally go for burgers and I
try to hit a different burger place every single time that way it’s not
redundant and I get to try something a little bit different as well too so
it’s different than in-and-out the big homie I’ll probably customize it
though double burger double cheddar bacon Oh My burger signature sauce
finished tomato red onion so I’ll probably customize a little bit and I’m
basically just take off the vegetables I’m not really into the vegetables all right I’m
going to get the big homie yeah no spinach tomato can I get the
grilled onions instead medium please seasoned fries and a drink I like to cheat like towards the end of the week
cuz I train straight through five to six days a week so usually by the end of the week I’m pretty
burnt out so I like to have like a higher calorie meal or if I have in the middle of the
week I’ll do it after a lagging body part like today for example we did back
so today will be the day I have a cheat meal during the week so so good I’m getting emotional all right
