10 Mins ABS Workout To Get FLAT BELLY IN 30 DAYS | FREE WORKOUT PROGRAM


Hey everyone, welcome back! Today’s workout is a 10 minute ab workout that’s gonna target every part of your abs, giving you that defined abs look! This workout is part of my 30 day flat belly challenge program, and I’ve put up a FREE workout calendar for you guys so check that out! Now I’ll be doing this challenge myself, to get back in shape so do join in, share your results #chloetingchallenge, so I can do a before/after video of my results as well as yours! so let’s get started! Before we start, I’d really appreciate it

program with anyone who needs it. Now lets start this workout with in and
outs. Put those arms to the side and pull your knees into your chest. Remember you squeeze and engage your abs the whole time. the next exercise is Spiderman plank. Get in a plank position and bring in those
knees sideways. Again, we’re engaging the core here so don’t
let your legs do all the work here. Leg circles are next. Get flat on the ground and place your palms
next to your hips. These are really going to work your lower
abs so keep pushing guys. Now turn over into a plank position again
and we’re doing plank with hip dips. This is one of my favourite exercises. This works your obliques so do this slow and controlled and feel that burn. Now swap around again with your hands next
to your hips, we’re got reverse crunch. You’re probably starting to feel it now in
your lower abs, but keep powering through, let’s do this together. Alright stay flat on the mat, we’ve got some crunch with pulse next to work those upper abs. Keep your legs in a 90 degree angle, and crunch
forward with your arms straight. Again remember Engage those abs and use your
core muscles to do those crunches. Next we’ve got some flutter kicks, we’re already
half way through the workout so good job guys. You can crunch up and do flutter kicks at
the same time or you can lie flat on the ground. Crunching up a little while doing flutter kicks is definitely a little bit more difficult. Next, we’ve got russian twists. Have your heels touching the floor or you
can lift it off the floor and twist from side to side. Again, tense that core and do this slow and
controlled so your abs are doing all the work Now flip around and get into a high plank
position. We’re doing some crossbody mountain climbers. bring your knees forward towards the opposite
elbow and burn those abs Alright now flip around onto your back again,
we’ve got just 3 more exercises to go and we’re now doing bicycle crunches. You’ve got a slight recovery in the next few
exercises so I want you to give it your all for this exercise and feel that burn. Make sure you squeeze that abs. And now flip around and we are doing planks
with bunny hop. Hop to your left and crunch those abs, back
to plank, then hop to your right and repeat. We’re almost done. So keep pushing guys Alright our last exercise is high knee so
stand up and go all out here guys. Get those knees up as high as possible, and
engage your core the whole time, now let’s smash this. Great job everyone. Don’t forget to smash that thumbs up button

    Day 1: Well I can feel the burn in my waist, this exercise is difficult,
    As a beginner I started with 30 secs exercise and 20 secs rest. Don't worry I believe after some time my body will get used to it.

  10. Day 1: Was way harder than I expected it to be. At some parts couldn't keep up with the pace. However, generally enjoyed it👌🏻💞 There's a long way to go, but I'm gonna make it !!!!
    Day 2: Seeing slight changes in my stamina. Almost got it right! Muscles are extremely sore from yesterday's workout (I literally feel every bit of my abs lol), but it's definitely worth it🤸
    Day 3: Still going! Feels a biiiit easier, but it seems to me I've got some problems with the technique. Muscles still haven't recovered. Can't wait to check my progress tomorrow!

    Day 1: this was hard, I missed some of the Jumping and running ones cause I basically hide my self in my room and my family would have heard me. But I have lost weight!

    Day 2: I litrally died doing this
    Ouch. This hurts SO bad this time. Although it was a bit easier. But I don't see a difference

    Day 3: for some reason its says I only wrote this a day ago? This time it was a lot HARDER it hurt SO bad but I can see a slight difference

  15. I’ve completed this 30 days abs workout challenge and I did slim down my belly! I don’t have a abs yet (guilty to say because I didn’t really control my meal, just try to eat less during dinner and no supper) but I did have a flat belly now!
    And even I’ve stop for few weeks after the 30 days challenge, it din really gain much fat back, and this also motivate me to keep on on next challenge by Chloe!
    Gotta try the leg slimming program next! Thanks Chloe! Loves ❤️

    day one: i couldn't do all the exercises cause i'm not used to working out and i had to rest a bit longer
    day two: everything hurts but i managed to work out a bit better than yesterday

  19. okay so i’m gunna do this for myself, you don’t need to like or comment but some positivity would be great!
    day 1 ✔️ it was rough and a few breaks but u got through it!
    day 2 ✔️ sore from yesterday but still went through!
    day 3 ❌ it was halloween
    day 4 ❌ not really an excuse but i had a party.
    day 5 ✔️ it’s getting easier less breaks and more strength and kinda seeing changes.

  27. Hi guys, I’m 12.. but I feel like I have a little belly which makes me quite insecure as I don’t have any boobs yet and that kinda makes me feel unflattering, I’m going to try my best on this challenge as so many ppl in the comments say results are amazing..I just did day 1 😀
    I felt rlly exauhsted but I 1000o/o felt a burn in my abs which makes me super happy : I did take a bit more rests than she said to but I’m really gonna try my best! 🙂

  33. how the fuck do you go from that to that in a week! that’s unrealistic. show something real. i have been doing the alexis ren ab workout twice a day for a week and my stomach isn’t even that bloated but i haven’t seen quite results till now! and thats reality. u need at least a month to see such results with intense workout and very low amount of food

  35. Hi everyone, I just started this today, it's my day 1,

    Day 1(today)- Did all exercises, but in the second video, I skipped some as I was not able to do bcs I think I didn't move my body for a very very long time, yeah that happens everytime……
    Result – a little headache, some burps 😂😂, some pain in stomach, pain in thighs…
    Also I did face workout… So let's see. 😄😄😃..
    Today I did it in the evening around 6pm, so I'll be having a small dinner….

This is my second day doing this and have been trying to eat healthier so hopefully I’ll have results… I’m also doing a thigh, calves, and jawline exercises and I’m really hoping that something will change.. I am unhappy with my thighs because they expand a lot when I sit down and I feel like the only girl that I know that deals with that. I have had a muffin top for quite a while now and I’m sick of it. I want to be able to be completely confident in a bikini and be able to wear crop tops! I feel my my jawline has more fat than the average girl my age and I’m sick of that too… anyways, I’ll try to update how I’m feeling everyday so I can actually see what’s happening. Also if I skip updating for a day just reply to me so I’ll remember.

    1 day :omg, guys, I'm dying!!! The first exercise video was really good! I liked it very much, my abs were burning and my body liked it 😂 The second exercise video was really challenging!!! I can't day that my muscles were burning, but i was almost dripping with sweat 😅😅😅 It was very tiring, but keep going!!!
