10 Minute Real-time Full Body Toning Barbell Workout (HIT EVERY MUSCLE)


hey guys welcome to Zeus Fitness, the name
of the game today is bulk mass, gains and very little time. we’re gonna do a
real-time workout using just the barbell hitting all the major muscle groups
we’re gonna do 5 exercises in total 8 reps of each, we’re gonna to perform it in
a circuit four times. we are gonna see how quickly we can get this done
Great workout, hit all the muscle groups in minimal time so join me over here in
the flat bench okay going for 8 reps here. three four
five six seven eight boom chest and triceps over we come squats two three four five six seven eight good.
quads and glutes predominately. pull this down. we’re gonna bent over rows back and
biceps under hand grip chest high , butt low, pull in just below
the chest two three four five six seven eight , good work, Romanian deadlifts. so hitting
the hamstrings glutes and lower back mixed grip this time start up here slight
bend the knee come forward pull back up keep that back flat, keep those shoulders
pulled back keep the core engaged three four five six
seven eight boom gonna slide the weights off a little bit make it slightly
lighter for the military press split stance one two three four five six seven eight
boom walk it in reloads the next lap first lap done lap number two back to
the bench eight reps one two three four five six seven eight. Up we
get back the squats let’s go one two three four five six seven eight. Bring the
barbell down underhand grip, bent over rows one
two three four five six seven eight boom , romanian deadlifts. mixed grip. one two three four five six seven eight heart rate going through the roof feeling the pump already . over hand grip split stance
1 2 three four five six seven eight. reload for
the next lap, halfway there guys two more laps to go let’s do this one two three four five six seven eight
up we go , back to the squat one two three four five six seven eight bring it down underhand grip , bent over rows. one two three four five six seven eight RDL’s , mixed grip one two three three four five six seven eight military press one two three four five
six seven eight reload for the last lap as you can hear , I’m out of breathe , its all good though , i aint got no time to breathe anyway , lets go one two three four five six seven eight , back to squats lets go ,one two three four five six seven
eight. bring it down bent over rows underhand let’s go one two three four
five six seven eight. RDL’s mixed grip , let’s go one two three four five six
seven eight. last set . one two three four five six seven eight and that’s a wrap. well I make that
under 10 minutes. so so you want to get those gains , you want to get that bulk you want
to hit all those muscle groups and you telling me youdon’t have time
I say that’s nonsense all you need is this little circuit repeat it as many
times as you want but you hit all your major muscle groups in a very short
