  3. Eating a protein bar is, like, putting fuel in your car…Lots of heathy ingredients, packed really tightly, eat these, everyday, and your body will be at its optimum, daily and nightly.

  4. everytime I try to do this & I leave them I'm freezer for 2 hours then take them out & cut into bars they just fall apart ๐Ÿ™ should I bake them so they stay like a bar?

  9. I made these in one 9 by 13 pan and they are delicious! I have never had more than two for breakfast but considering I don't eat well and I am vegan these work perfectly for me! I cut them and wrap them individually for the freezer so the night before I take out two if I want them the next day. 1 makes a great snack! Thank you so much for sharing these are the easiest bars I have seen and I also shredded a fresh Apple into them.

  10. Where is the point put crappy protein powder & cearls to the dough. You got a lot healthy staff such us nuts dry fruit. Human body only can absorbed 22g at once.
