20 Minute Full Body Home Workout With One Dumbbell | Muscle Mass Gaining Routine (No Gym Required)


hey guys what’s going on in this video I’m going to show you a 20 minute full-body workout you can do at home with only one dumbbell a couple of things you should know before we begin number one if you really want to finish this workout in fifteen to twenty minutes you’ll have to superset opposing muscles chest width back shoulders with legs and biceps with triceps second it will be perfect if you have a weight with which you can stick between the rep ranges of six to twelve reps and at the same time go to failure due to the fact that the rep range I mentioned is the most optimal for muscle growth third you can also perform the unilateral exercises with two dumbbells if you have another so you finish the workout quicker and fourth the things you’ll need are a dumbbell of course and a bench or something similar to that okay that’s the info you’ll need so without further ado let’s get started we’re starting off with exercise number one unilateral dumbbell rows for the back superset it with dumbbell pullovers for the chest three to four sets of six to twelve reps if the weight is too easy for you and you don’t have a heavier dumbbell perform the movement as slowly and controlled as you can you a super set number two are unilateral Arnold presses with smallpox again three to four sets of six to twelve reps our final superset are dumbbell curls with overhead tricep extensions you can do the tricep extensions with both arms or with one arm at a time depending on how heavy your dumbbell is that is it for this video guys I really hope it was helpful and if you liked the video make sure you like it down below if you’re not subscribed to the channel make sure to join the team by clicking the subscribe button for consistent weekly content with all of that being said I hope you all have an amazing day and I’ll be seeing you all in the next video

  2. is this a chest and arms workout only? i don't know much about the science behind workouts man, so I don't know which muscles these exercise are targeting. haha
