your endurance and strength in your upper body and core then you need to
start incorporating battle ropes exercises into your training program now
in this video you guys im gonna show you exactly the 21 best battle rope
exercises and then afterwards we’re going to talk briefly about what kind of
ropes you should look out for if you’re in the market for one and what things
you should avoid and then finally at the end how you can start incorporating them
into your training program and rope workouts…so let’s get into the 21 best battle rope exercises
right now awesome job you guys those are the 21 best battle rope
exercises of all time now let’s go over real quick if you’re
in the market for battle rope going to give you a couple of quick
recommendations one what we’re using today is a 50 foot two inch rope if
you’re more of a beginner look for a 1.5 intro but 50 feet is where it’s at
because when you split that in half that’s actually 25 feet if you need to
save a little room 40-footer will work any less than that just not seeing the
benefits so 40-foot be a minimum fifties where it’s at and you do get a little
more weight with that increased 10 foot difference so big difference between the
1.5 into the two inch and then also big shout-out to Ken and his team over at
Muscle Ropes who did send us this rope now this is not a sponsored video but i

we’ve actually been using the muscle ropes in our bootcamp for over three
years now and we have not had to replace a single one so you want to talk about
durable worth it now whether you get one from them or
anywhere that you do get your rope you can spend anywhere from fifty dollars
for kind of a cheaper burlap rope the brown cheaper material that’s gonna be
about 50 bucks and then you can spend up to about 250 for a really nice nylon
endure but that’s going to be indoor only and it could pray this is actually
a blend of both worlds it’s a polyester and polypropylene blend
and so very durable like I said we’ve been having for over three years ken was nice enough to send us a fresh
new one for this video thank you again can and finally you guys how can you
incorporate these into your workout so i’ll tell you what if you’re into high
intensity training you can simply add in a few of these exercises when you’re
doing your squats as a another enhanced exercise really burn the fat increase
your core and upper-body strength endurance if you want just choose a
handful of these just do a rope workout exclusively 30 to 60 seconds at a time quick rest get back into the next one
