3 minutes workout: Inner Muscles


Hi everyone, my name is Rina. Today, we are going to do 3 minutes workout focusing on our abs, especially our core muscles. How do I exercise inner muscles? I am going to show you today. If you are ready let’s get started. Lie down on the mat looking up the ceiling. We are going to start with bringing our hip up to the top. Bend your knees with a 45 degree angle and open your legs shoulder width apart. When you go up, inhale and exhale down. Keep suck in your abs and stretch to the top, not to the ceiling. Let’s do 4 more and we are going to hold to the top. Next, we are going to bring right hip down and up, Left hip down and up. Keep alternating your hip side to side. Keep your shoulder relax, focus on your core and your pelvis position. Next one, we are going to bring our left knee up and down. Keep pushing the floor with the other leg. Try to keep your pelvis position as high as you can by using your core muscles. Switch the side. Bring your right knee up and down. Switch the side, this is the last workout. Extend your left leg. Keep suck in your abs to exercise your core muscles. Last one, switch the side. Good job, be relaxed. Alright, good job guys. This was just 3 minutes workout but we exercised our core muscles, booty, and hamstring as well. I hope you guys felt a little. This workout is super simple. You can do wherever you are and whenever you want. So, if you have time, just do it. Keep in mind always suck in your abs and stretch to the top to exercise your inner muscles. See you next time!
