Hi my daughter is 27 and she has the damage of a 60 year old and there are a lot like her is sports clubs pushing too far she is not in sports long 9 years but the waer and tear is crazy I have suffered most of my life but I have done much more and was hit twice by steel but looking a 27 year with this damage is difficult as regards treatment ginger wrap it in it keeps inflammation chems cause more damage gelatin if you can it has skin properties stop the doc making you worse
