  2. Isn't the whole mercury in canned tuna thing a bit of a myth? Seeing as most canned tuna is made with Skipjack tuna, which is much smaller and lower in mercury than larger tuna.

  3. Lost all credibility when recommending eggs. How can you be ‘evidence based’ and not know of the overwhelming evidence that eggs aren’t even safe or digestible, never mind horrifically bad for humans.
    And tuna? PCBs, Mercury, cholesterol?
    Dairy? Are you fucking kidding me, there’s nothing affordable about paying for your breast and prostate cancer treatment.

    You should be recommending lentils, beans (more than just edamame), Quinoa, tef, etc, they are all way cheaper and healthier than most of this list.
