Половина среднего размера луковицы 1 чайная ложка оливкого масла Половина среднего размера красного сладкого перца 170 г сыра Тофу Четверть среднего размера цуккини, 1/8 чайной ложки куркумы, соль перец 85 г шпинат Яичница -болтунья с тофу. 60 г шпинат , маленькая горсть петрушки, 50 г маложирного молока 3 яичных белка, соль, перец 6 помидорок Черри 1 ч.л.оливкого масла 15 г козьего сыра Столовая ложка измельченного арахиса ЗЕЛЕНЫЙ ОМЛЕТ 100г Овсяных хлопьев 3 яичных белка 60 г творога, 1 мерная ложка ванильного протеина, 2 стол. ложки лимонного сока, четверть стол. ложки лимонной цедры, 50 г воды 1 стол. ложка йогурт без добавок. 1 ч.л. лимон. сок, 1 ч.л. мёд, 8 шт. черника ЛИМОННО ЧЕРНИЧНЫЕ БЛИНЫ 200г миндального молока без сахара Половина груши половина банана 60 г шпинат 1,5 мерной ложки ванильного протеина 1 ст. л. арахисового масла Зеленый протеиновый смузи 100 г овсянки 170г йогурт без добавок 1 мерная ложка ванильного протеина 2 клубники 1 ч.л. меда Протеиновое парфе 200 г воды,соль 100 г овсянки 1 ч. ложка семян чиа пол чайной ложки ванильного экстракта 1 мерная ложка ванильного протеина 2 клубники немного кокосовой стружки Белковая овсянка

    Save hours/minutes of your life!
    Eat Oatmeal with fruit and a protein milkshake!

    Oatmeal → 1 minute ro prepare!
    Milkshake → 'round 3 min to prepare?!

  5. Your body naturally does not know what types of foods should be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. All it knows is food

  6. One thing that I will never use in the morning meals is white onions, that's horrible, the aftermath of it. Any kind of onions, Even green onions is too much for me. Half of food in this video is good for lunch not for breakfast for me. In any case, good ideas for meal)

  10. I have been eating scrambled tofu and veg with turmeric for breakfast for years. Do your veg prep the night before while cooking dinner if you have to.

Times have been changed and the concept of loosing weight is neither from eating food like yours or from excercise workouts, food that keeps you full all the time is what helps us loose weight I. e eating fatty foods LCHF low carbohydrate and high fat diets, the food which you are cooking has more carbohydrates and consuming it doesn't make you feel full hence you feel hungry quickly and crave for more and more so we never loose weight in life time? Please don't post silly meaningless videos and lure people.

  14. 8:12 – just a tip to not waste so much of the strawberry:
    Just poke a hole through it with a straw, so only the "bad part" gets off…

  15. I want to be healthy but its hard to afford especially if you dont know really what to eat /some foods go bad after a couple days

  16. Ok the omlette looks so sad also it has around 300 calories in it but very healthy and it will last you for a good 5 hours
