Abandoned in Japan: American Muscle-car Junkyard: Split Bumper Z28, 429 Mach 1 Mustang

How’s it going there, guys? So, I show a couple videos here when uh… on my other channel. The Japanese Castle Explorer channel. But, I thought I’m back here, I should shoot a video for the Wasabicars channel. So, check it out guys. The video I shot here a few months ago got some serious views, really really lots of views. Anyway, so here is a nineteen seventy Mustang I believe it’s maroon and Oh, I said 1970. There’s the hood. This one’s got a big block. I spoke to the owner of the land, he said it’s a big block. Inside there’s some parts. That’s a bit sad. Here is a Mustang, it used to be blue. Ugghhh! Grungy. Here is a Mach 1. Or, two Mach 1’s. The one down here is a 429 and this one here is a 351, I believe. And, it’s pretty sad. It’s just sad. So, let’s get back to this Mustang. Is that a Shelby hood? I got no idea.
What a waste. Speaking of wastes, doesn’t matter where I shoot it’s all waste.
This could be nice. This could have been beautiful. This one really kills me. It just kills. Oh, man. Should be a law against this. Guys, it’s a matches… It’s a numbers matching 1970 1/2 Camaro 350, of course. This is tragic. Yeah, there’s spider webs all over. Look, I’m not taking much care with this video, but seriously, it’s just mind-boggling the amount of wasted American iron What’s that? An anniversary Corvette? An 80’s ‘vette There’s a ’69 Camaro, 307. It’s been restored, or it *had* been restored. It is now once again junk. Another Mustang. That’s a bit of a bits and pieces sort of a car. All different panels. Okay, guys and there’s some miscellaneous Trans-Am panels here. Oh, it’s just a… Damn! Okay guys. That’s about it from Wasabicars video. Take it easy, guys. See ya.

  1. Honestly it is not a waste considering the roads in Japan are very slippery and made differently than in the Usa all these vehicles would be ticking timebombs when it rained and fly off the road or into someone. At the end of the day it's just a car and a life is more important. Also the parking spaces are incredibly small as I drove a Wrx in Japan if you don't park perfectly you better repark not like in the usa.

  2. japon es bueno en muchas cosas pero es un crimen humillar el alma y esencia de esos autos maravillosos por dios

  3. this is where American cars belong too. in the garbage cause from the beginning are garbage

  4. It was all fine when I was watching this then I saw the trans am and the delorean. Rest piece you beautiful legends.

  5. All need to be shipped back to the US, where we know how to build cars and not fill them with cheap Asian plastic and camber.

  6. All you whiners saying such a waste and all that crap, need to remember one thing. These cars did NOT get crushed, that's the real waste. There is still hope for these cars.

  7. ….they should sell them…god what a waste…this settles it after seeing this video I am going to get another Challenger and keep it until the day I cannot drive it anymore/die.

  8. It makes me sad to see cars just rot away like that. It does matter what kind of car, american, japanese, or european. I think all cars that are getting or are old should be restored and driven on the roads.๐Ÿš—๐Ÿš๐Ÿšš๐Ÿš™๐Ÿš“๐Ÿš‘๐Ÿš›๐Ÿš•

  9. its hard to see this things but.you know its japan they are car manufacture they dont need to see those car room around there street.how could they pratronise there product if american muscle is dominating in there market.

  10. * There should be NO 'Rust In Peace' for all these 'bad boys' – they owned the streets. The fighter jets of cars. Glad this injustice was pointed out. Maybe a rescue mission can soon take place.

  11. The 70-73 split bumper camaros are my favorite years but for the love of god, get that 69 out of there. Thatโ€™s a first gen camaro for Christโ€™s sake.

  12. I'm a Japanese but I like these muscle car so much. I wish i had money to buy all. Especially Pontiac Trans-am is my dream car since i was a kid.

  13. These assholes just left these cars to rust? Fucking stupid Japanese retards. I swear I've made a best move on my car as well. It's a 75 Pontiac Firebird Formula 400, and it's still looks better than a typical shit modern car.

  14. I hope gas monkey ,foose, Jay Leno or graveyard cars or anyone that has the passion and money for them wether ford dodge or Chevy lovers would get them home and work their magic so they can have another chance for the next generation of true Americana lovers like myself because one day they'll be just about gone and only in museums or something. I am very passionate about ford dodge and Chevy classics because they were all three powerful tuff and easy to fix and the best part AMERICAN ! Outside of them Nothing else even exist to me ๐Ÿ˜”๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜‰

  15. Wtf is wrong with you japanese?? I mean stack 2 classic mustangs is painful but a fucking 429 boss? Seriously?

  16. Meh its all whatever. The new shit we have is faster, safer, and uses less gas. Nostalgia is not a good enough reason to want to have one of these beat up junkers unless you really got the time and money. People gotta stop drooling over the past and get with the present.

  17. That 1971 mustang is a sad sight. According to production numbers, only around 2000 of them left the factory with the 429, the last year for that engine. I imagine not a lot of those cars were grabber yellow like this one. No clue about what other options it had, but either way, thatโ€™s one rare car. Hope it and the others get restored one day.

  18. In japan
They only repair JDM cars bc when they buy Muscle cars, it understeers at the corners
So they trashed it and they probably bought 240sxโ€™s, AE86โ€™s and Other JDM cars
