They’re covered by this thin band, which is the Sartorius muscle Take the Sartorius off This is the rectus femoris deep to the rectus femoris is the vastus intermedius and it sits between the Vastus medialis and the vastus lateralis and again the vastus lateralis Extends behind the iliotibial tract all the way back here Then we have up here. Let’s start with the adductor muscles. This long thin one is the gracilis The adductor Magnus is this wide piece here. This is the adductor longus The adductor brevis is hiding in there. And then this is the pectineus This part right here is actually part of the psoas major or the iliopsoas And then down here in the lower leg. We have the tibialis anterior and the extensor digitorum longus And that’s it
