Anterior Scalene Stretch


This is the Anterior Scalene Stretch. This stretch is performed by placing one arm
behind your back, raising the opposite arm over on top of your head, laterally flexing
your head as far as you can and extending your head upward. This stretch can be felt in the side being
stretched away from in the front of the cervical spine. This stretch should be performed 2-3 times
with a hold of 30 seconds. For more information on chirpractic care,
