Back Muscles Anatomy 2

Back Muscles Anatomy 2

from the help of two muscles first muscle
it is musclus tripizious and musculus lattisimus dorsi necessrily to know place where muscle
origion place of muscle where attach and function musculus tripizious start from occipital bone
in region of linea nuchal superior it start also from all spinal process of cervical vertebrae
and from also spinal process of thoracic vertebrae and attach to spina scapula to acromial process
of scapula and to acromial end of the clavicle what is the funtion of this muscle if upper
fiber contract it pull scapula and clavile uppward lower fiber pull clavicle and scapua
downward and if two muscles on contract together they joint scapula to vertebral column next
muscle musculus latticimus dorci it start from spinal process of lower thoracic and
spinal process of all lumber vertebrae from sacrum from cresta ilica from fasia thoracica
lumbalis which is below of this muscle and four lower ribs and attach to the humers in
the region of cresta tuberculi minoris thi muscles perform extention of the hand adduction
and pronation and also if we fix our hand take some thing with our hand we can lift
lower rib with the help of lattissimus dorci it is additional muscle which takes place
in inspiration in time of inspiration breathing that is first sperficial layer of sperficial
muscle next middle layer has to muscle musculus rhomboidis minor and musculus rhomboidus mijor
musculus rhomboidus minor start from spinal process of two lower cervical vertebrae and
musculus rhomboidus mijor start from spinal procees of upper four thoracic vertebrae and
attach to middle border of scapula fuction it pull scapula to vertebral column and third
layer of sperficial muscles consist of musculus seratus posterior superior and musculus seratus
posterior inferioir seratus posterior superioir start from spinal process of two lower cervical
and two upper thoracic vertebrae and go to upper four ribs inferior muscle musculus seratus
posterior inferioir start from spinal process of two lower thoracic and two upper lumber
vertebrae and attach to four lower ribs superioir muscle lift rib in time of inspiration inferioir
muscle pull downward in time of expiration next deep muscles of the back most deep muscle
of the back develop from dorsal myotom and that is why they are ottotonic muscles of
the back they develop and stay on the back what are they? this muscles divide in to two
lateral track and middle track muscle of lateral track first of all musculus erractilusl spina
it consist of three musules lateral part it is musculus illiocostalis it start from ilic
crest and go to ribs illiocostalis next muscle it is muculus logissimus it is longest muscle
and go to the head and attach in the region of mastoid process and last muscle musculus
spinalis is go near spinal process of lateral of the vertebrae function all of this muscles
it perform extention of the back musculus errector spinal.middle tract consist of muscles
which start from transverse process of the vertebrae and go spinal process and they differ
only through how many vertebrae it overlap forexample long muscle in this region is start
from transverse procees and overlaps through five or six vertebrae and attach to spinal
process has name musculi semi spinalis next muscle which start the same from transverse
process and go to spinal process but overlaps through three or four muscles or three or
four vertebri it name musculi multifidi and last shortest muscle in this region is start
from transverse process and attach to spinal process of upper vertebrae overlaps above
lumber vertebrae it has name musculi rutatoris and some muscles in the region of atlanto-
occipital joint it is musculus rectus capitis posterior minor musculus rectus capitus posterior
mijor musculus obliqus capitus superior and musculus obliqus capitis inferioir this two
rectus muscle and superior oblique muscle start on occiipital bone from linea nuchal
inferior and rectus capitus posterior minor attach to poterioir tubercle of atlas rectus
capitus posterioir minor attach to spinal procees of second cervical vertebrae and musculus
obliqus capitus superior attach to transverse process of atlus and inferior oblique muscle
start from transverse process of atlas and attach to spinal process of second cervical
vertebrae and other muscle in lateral track are musculi levatorus costarum they start
from transverse process of thoracic vertebrae and attach to rib and funtion they are lift
rib in time inspiration this muscle develop not from dorsal mtotum but from ventral that
is why it is not ottotonal muscle it is muscle which is develop from ventral myotum and last
musculus in this region it is muscle between transverse process in lumber and cervical
department in lumber department two kind of muscle lateral and midial musculi intertransversali
lateral lumborum and musculi intertransversali midialis luborum lateral muscles develop from
ventral myotum medial from dorsal myotum that is why only midial muscles are outotonin muscles
of the back and cervical department present anterior and posteriori muscle musculi intertransversali
anterioticervicis and musculi intertransversali poterior cervicic anterioir muscle develop
from ventral myotum and poterioir muscle from dorsal myotum and they are also otttonis muscle
of the back and last movement fasia of the back on the back present two fasia one of
the them is sperficial fasia of the back sperficial fasia it apply sperficial muscle and seprate
superficial muscle from the skin and subcutanious fat superfial fasia fasia superfisalis and
main fasia in this region it is fasia thoraca lumbelis fasia thoraca lumbalis has two layer
first layer superficialis layer of fasia thoracica lumbalis it seprate deep muscle from superficial
muscle it is superficial muscle then fasia and below of fasia deep muscle it is sperficial
layer of fasia thoracia lumbalis and deep layer of this fasia deep lamina profunda fasia
thoracica lumbalis it separate deep muscle of the back from the muscle of the abdomen
and this fasia present between twelth rib and crista illica only in lumber department
here it is space occupied deep layer lamina profunda of fasia thoracica lumbalis that
is why musclus rectus spina in lumber department it lie between sperficial and deep layer of
fasia thoraca limbalis and thoracic department .
