  1. "booting up a video game after finishing hw" I see this pop up.. yeahhh that might be a better way to end the day. Thank you Tim.

  2. Looking forward to doing this tonight, so is Valentine. She's lying with her head on my shoulder watching this video. If you don't have a dog and ever get lonely, get a German shepherd because you'll never be alone again, EVER!!! 😂 😂 😂 😂 thanks Tim, namaste 🙏 💖 💖 💖 💖

  3. Just finished your 30 day challenge (twice – one right after the other, I loved it so much!) and am now exploring all your other videos. This was wonderful, thank you!

  4. That was awesome but I probably shouldn't have tried it on my afternoon break…I think I just ended my productivity for the day! Thanks, Tim!

  8. Hi I found a spot where you can find lot of new yoga and fitness tips available on the internet. All you have to do is type: "MindYoga4U" in Google. You will turn into a master with the suggestions available.

  9. Hi Tim, thank you for your teaching. This was perfect for what I needed. I strayed from you and tried some other videos only to pull my back wrong. As I was doing the one that caused me pain, I was thinking "wow, she doesn't warm you up like Tim". I can't thank you enough for sharing your knowledge with me. Forgive me for straying, won't happen again! You Are The Best! I tell everyone.

  10. Great sequence! Been doing it most nights now for several months with a longer practice in the morning. It’s good as even if I am really tired can still manage it. I keep thinking whether it is worth throwing in a few back bends though, especially if you are spending a lot of time leaning forward all day…?

  11. This is just what I was looking for! Realness and down to earth, with a mellow voice and some poses that are great for my body. Thank you 🙂

  12. This routine is the best non-chemical thing that measurably helps me sleep longer with side-effects of chemotherapy. Doable, and no side-effects. Would like to see a routine for atrophied conditions, especially for glutes and lower back.  I am attempting more of your routines in small steps.  Thanks for giving me a place to start.  Big Thumbs-Up!

  13. This was definitely restorative. I’ve been getting back into running and your yoga always helps my legs to feel so much better. When I start feeling achy I always tell my husband that it’s time for me to do some yoga with Tim! He likes it too 😁👍🏻

  14. Hi Tim. Thank you for posting this video! When you said you were falling asleep, I was too. I'm glad I clicked on the video! Namaste! 💕
