  3. Ok but is it a good practice to work out biceps AND triceps same day?
    I was always told that while you work the opposite muscle group, you rest the other.
    I've always worked everything though cause I don't care.

  5. this a lie , i can hit a lean body trough pull up push situps natural body workouts or more benfits in the long run, u dont need weights to train muscle we didnt need them back in the days look at the romans
