Build Chest Muscles at Home | DB push ups | GetFit Goodvibes


Hey guys welcome back to another video
with GetFit Goodvibes in this video I’m going to show you one of my favorite and
effective chest exercises using just my body weight this is a combination of a
push-up and a dynamic isometric slide movements isometric means place force on
the muscle so it’s activated then we’re going to hold this position so there’s
no lengthening or contractions of the muscle the muscle fibers are still
firing just to hold you in this position and the dynamic part of the
exercise would be the moving of the arms throughout the whole exercise which is
going to be sliding or rolling left or right throughout the move get down into
the normal push-up position with the sliders or dumbbells in each hand drop
and lower yourself into the Pushup and keep this position in isometric hold now
you’re going to do what’s called the sliding Archer out stretching each arm
alternatively then return into the start position this is one rep of the
exercise do a select amount of reps or work to a set timing right then guys I hope this exercise can work for you hit the like button or maybe leave me a
