  1. ☼ Cat/cows and legs up the wall! Perfect start to my day! Also, the 90 degree stretch was a little confusing…but hopefully I was getting into that psoas! ☼Thank you, Tim. Namaste.
Also, folks watching: Please consider giving a few dollars (or more!) to Yoga With Tim, to help support his channel. He's been kind to share his practices with us, and this 30 day challenge has essentially been a yoga training program: https://www.paypal.com/donate/?token=Kb_Z0k4ogT4uGZIvUT_Li54MncsYXOJgYZTKlTCP1ltmEavi_R6JBA8beEf4Xjf0B2Pj6W
Help Tim, so that we continue to have great quality yoga teachings! ☼

  2. When I straighten my legs while bendt over I feel a kind of "click" behind my left knee, any idea what this might be? It doesn't hurt, just a little uncomfortable. Don't think it's crepitus, it seems to be more behind the knee joint. Thanks so much for the awesome videos, noticing great improvement in my strength and flexibility 🙂

  3. Thank you! This was much needed. If I wanted to stay in the pose longer, what's a good time to hold in these poses? 2 min? 5 min?

  4. Right! Now I can do those ballet turnouts I've always wanted! 😛
Thanks, Tim. That subtle psoas stretch was definitely needed, as I've been struggling with it for a few years now. Yoga, I must say, has really helped immensely and right now I only practice yoga (with you) to keep aligned and fit and happy and fulfilled and… many other cool things.

  5. Enjoyed this restorative day, especially those psoas stretches, which are perfect for someone who sits at a desk during the week. Thanks again Tim!

  6. Hi Tim.. I wanted to donate but the PayPal service doesn't work, I've tried several times. How can I do it? And thanks, your classes are being great to me.

  7. Hi Tim – thanks to you, I have the first 'muscle' that I've ever had in 24 years… I woke up this morning and saw actual definition on my upper arm. Stupidly excited about this.

However… I physically could not be worse at doing the balance poses. Should I definitely be able to at this point? Have I been doing postures wrong in your videos before this?

I really enjoy trying to do them, at least. =D
