  7. So it took me more than 30 days because I would skip days or be away, but ultimately, I finished in about forty days, and I'm so glad I did. Before the 30 day challenge, I would go to Tim's videos because I liked them more than any others online: Tim, you have a wonderful, welcoming, encouraging, knowledgeable, and challenging approach all at the same time, and I appreciate these videos so much. And now I can go back for specific ones depending on the day. I was also relieved that day 30 was a minute and some seconds and not an hour and some minutes! I like the variation in the videos, the some days hard, some days easy approach, the descriptions, the patience, the building. Thanks so much!!
