Forearm Stretch – Exercises for Tennis and Pickleball Injury Prevention

Hi, David Evans with Tennis Tips Daily Dot
Com. In this short video, I will demonstrate some
forearm stretching that can be done before playing tennis or other high risk
activities. These forearm stretches should be done to
prepare your muscles and tendons for the challenges ahead. First, lightly stretch for about twenty to thirty
seconds with the palm up. Then with the palm down repeat the stretch. You can repeat this with your other arm
as well. For more information and Tennis Tips, visit our website at Tennis Tips Daily Dot Com. Hope to see you on the tennis court!
