High Protein Breakfast for Fat loss and Muscle gain

Hello Friends! Welcome to Fit Tuber. It’s around 9’o clock in the morning. I was about to leave for office in some time
so I though why shouldn’t I quickly share with you what I eat in my breakfast. Generally, we can not spare too much time
in the morning for breakfast. I will share with you a simple meal. It will take 5-7 minutes to prepare it. It will be very healthy and very easy to make. So, without any further delay, let’s start. Here, I have oats. It is very easy to make oats. Just boil the milk and put the required amount
of oats in it. Oats will cook in 2-3 minutes in steam. So, that’s how I make oats. This is 250 ml of milk with 40 g of oats. Just mix all the ingredients. You can customize it in your own way (Checkout the
description for more ideas). Friends! you saw how easily we prepared this
meal. So, you can eat healthy breakfast everyday. And try not to miss your breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day. That’s all I had today. I hope you found this video to be helpful. Please do try this recipe and comment below

  2. Milk creates far more problems for skin than you can Imagine. It produces the maximum amount of inflammation out of all other foods in most people. I don't know how that is healthy 😛

    You just said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Please evaluate the credibility of Intermittent Fasting regarding health and fitness.
    By the way, what do you mean by breakfast? Is it that meal we have during the early hours of our day or that any meal that we start our food intake with regardless of what hour it is?

    Please clarify.

  13. your content is amazing i know its little late for comment. i don't know if you would reply this comment but please i need to know what is the good replacement of oats ? bcoz oats are not tasty and some people can't digest it so kindly tell me if there is any replacement of oats that we can use in this breakfast thanks

  14. U r very intelligent, no doubt. But I beg to differ here as extremely wrong food combination, secondly nuts unsoaked, third is that we shd start our day with fruits( as we are fasting overnight), not with milk egg nuts banana with egg etc.

Thank u so much for your efforts..as u r doing a social work n not just the video..I have a quiry thought of sharing with you..I am not able to sleep at night till 3 or 4 then I go to sleep..I get up at 6 in the morning as my son goes to school..after he is gone I sleep but don't get the sound sleep…then I get up at 11 n do all the house hold work as I had a joint family of around 7 people..all of them eats the break fast or call it a lunch by 1.30… I finish my work by 2.30 n then take a bath..
    By 3.30 I do my first meal of the day…I know this is wrong but is there any way to overcome… please reply….GOD BLESS YOU

  16. Eggs are one of the best things for breakfast. Oats are a grain, so are bad and cause digestive issues etc. Should have as a treat once in a while. Soy and soy milk are also bad and mostly GMO and interfere with hormones etc. Coconut and Almond milks are the best non dairy milks. Coconut milk on porridge tastes great. Please remember that fruits ARE sugar, so should be eaten in moderation. There are lists online in which fruits are high or low in sugar. One serving of a banana is actually a HALF of a banana.

  17. True Cinnamon, also known as Ceylon Cinnamon is expensive so I guess that big bag is the cheap and fake Chinese Cassia Cinnamon, which is poisonous in large quantities and/or if consumed regularly. Ceylon Cinnamon is safe and full of benefits.

  18. Bro Ayurved bhi ek baar dekh liya karo. Milk ya milk milaya hua chiz jaise jo abhi banaya hai, uske sath Egg khana viruddh aahar hota hai. Over long time slow poison ka kaam krta hai. Matlab maar hi dega aisa nahi hai par long time me sharir me vikar paida karta hai. Banana ke sath bhi Egg nahi khaya jata. Ye sab koi bhi Ayurved ka jaankar bata dega.

    Egg yolk increase the heart risk.
    Just 2 yolk excess your daily cholesterol intake limit.
    Also egg the the worst protein source.

    Flax seed increase the risk of Prostate cancer.
