Hi, Guys. Namaste. I’m Mahima , A Certified Yoga Trainer and I’m making this video to share with you all , how I lost 9 kg in 2 months. Basically, I did yoga , 1 hour daily for 2 months. When you start yoga or any physical exercise, your body will feel weak and sore, you might also experience cramps, but dont panic and dont give up on yoga. Gradually, your body will get flexible. See, There must be a definite motive in order for you to start any physical exercise or yoga , please find that one motive/ goal which you want to achieve through it . Whatever is your goal just focus on that and everything will be clear in front of you Now Guys, Since its your first day, lets begin with the very basic exercises i.e; stretching Come On! Let’s Start!!
