  1. It's very important to use all three different hand grips when developing your biceps.

How different hand postions work the biceps:
    – Perform some of your bicep dumbbell curl with a supinated grip to emphasize Biceps Brachii
    – Perform some of your bicep dumbbell curl with a pronated grip to emphasize Brachialis
    – Perform some of your bicep dumbbell curl with a hammer grip to emphasize Brachioradialis

  2. Not that I don't trust you, but it would have been cool to explain why the negative benefits you so much. I can imagine why but to get a more in depth reason would have been interesting

  3. I do alternate dumbell curls in my work out.  Is there an advantage to doing the dumbbell curls at the same time that I am not getting from doing alternate curls?

  4. Great Video clip! Sorry for butting in, I would love your thoughts. Have you tried – Giulian Bicepify Boarhound (just google it)? It is a good one of a kind guide for building huge arm muscle fast without the normal expense. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my mate finally got great results with it.

  5. Mahn!… this works so perfectly. There's a lot of pressure on your biceps…….Its hard to do but ill never give up….Thank you very much😊😊

  6. Great space saver!>>>ur2.pl/1182 Depending on the exercise you are doing, they may be a little bulky, but I love just having one set to go to.

  7. I can't tell you how thankful I am for this video for the longest time I was just throwing them up then back down thinking that was the proper way to do it

  8. Good video. I wish more people would make good simple videos like this. Simple information that doesn’t go on for 15 minutes. Good man!

  9. Many YouTubers are in love with this method but very few use this method in practice. If done improperly, this method risks Tennis elbow and injury. The rotation is not worth it, IMO. Just stick with Hammer Curls.

  10. I have just 1 dumbell at the moment and starting out exercising at home. Is it ok to do a set with one arm and then switch to the other? Or do I have to buy a second dumbell
