  1. It’s impossible if you don’t train your lats and triceps first. It’s not doable in 5 minutes unless you have the strength first.

  3. i just did my first ones with resistance band assist but with the magic button technique just posted on IG story and tagged my inspiration namingly Chris the superhuman 😀

    Now I'll train on cleaning the form with less assistance and momentum, but it opened a lot of doors to train my muscles from different angles.

  4. Technique is so underrated. A year ago I did 18 pull ups and started gaining strength in other pulling exercises I started doing. In a few months I had become way stronger at pulling. Then I maxed out on pull ups with only 12 reps. For a long time I wondered why, until I remembered my technique used to be so much better. 😀

  9. Buddy and I went to the park last week and I couldn't do a single one. Watched this video today literally right before going to the park. Took me about five attempts using the tips from this video before knocking out two muscle ups. They weren't pretty, but now I have something to build on. Thanks bro!

  11. Seems pretty straightforward. I think the biggest thing is just having the upper body strength to pull yourself up.

  13. My left hand goes first above the bar then Right so I started weighted pull ups but still I am facing same problem

  14. I was using my water bottle as my magic button. As I kept practicing I was getting thirstier and thirstier but couldn't figure out where my damn water bottle was! Only realised when I was done practicing 🤦‍♂️I guess my brain and muscles can't work at the same time 🤷‍♂️

  20. 9 months ago I could do a single muscle up. With my strength regimen partly developed through Thenx vids (including lots of front lever progression and L-sit backs) and techniques in this video, I revisited the muscle ups today at the park and hit 5 sets of 5 reps. THANK YOU CHRIS!
