and right now I’m going to show you exercises that stretches out the lower back. It is very
simple you want to do it before you start a strenuous exercise and it something you
can do in your own home. So what you want to do it is a side bending exercise we well
be stretching out the sides of the lower back. It is just simply take your arm and lean it
to the left and hold and breathe in and out. Immediately you be able to feel the side stretches
right there. Release. Repeat the exercise. Repeat the same effect on the other side.
Just hold breathe in and out. You can repeat this exercise a few times. Don’t repeat to
many times otherwise you well strain your back. But this also increase the flexibility.
That is a side bending exercises that stretches the lower back.
