    Dairy is for baby cows – it makes them grow into big cows. Why humans want to consume anything from dairy makes zero sense, but it explains why so many people are big cows 🙂

  6. I disagree. Plant-based protein powders is the best option. That milk whey isn't good for the melaninated people, especially if you're lactose-intolerant.
