Infraspinatus Stretch – Rotator cuff stretch


To really get a good stretch in your rotator
cuff muscles and your back just do the simple stretch I’m doing right
here. All you do is, you place your hands on your hips, like this, with your
thumbs in front of you and just lean forward, letting your elbows hang.
Try not to contract your back muscles and just relax and feel the stretch.
You can also do this stretch sitting down.
