Workout and helpful advice. Add this video to your favorites it will guide you when you train! 5,4,3,2,1, Ready? Go! Don’t bend your legs throughout the workout to maintain its effectiveness. Don’t bend your torso, keep it constantly straight. 5,4,3,2,1, Stop! Next Exercises: Standing adductor stretch. Ready? Go! Don’t bend your torso, keep it constantly parallel to the floor. Switch side in the shortest time possible. Go! Don’t exceed the tip of your foot with the knee to avoid joint problems. 5,4,3,2,1, Stop! Next Exercises: Quad Stretch. Ready? Go! The knee of the back leg shouldn’t touch the ground during the workout. Switch side in the shortest time possible. Go! The back leg should be outstretched in order to stretch the quadriceps. 5,4,3,2,1, Stop! Next Exercises: Standing Quad Stretch. 5,4,3,2,1, Ready? Go! In order to keep a good balance, extend your free arm outwards. Switch side in the shortest time possible. Go! Do not overstretch the leg, the knee should be pointing towards the floor. 5,4,3,2,1, Stop! Next Exercises: Buttocks Stretch. 5,4,3,2,1, Ready? Go! Bring your arms forward for better balance. Don’t arch your back, keep your abs constantly tight. 5,4,3,2,1, Stop! Next Exercises: Adductor stretch. 5,4,3,2,1, Ready? Go! Always keep your back straight during the exercise. 5,4,3,2,1, Stop! Next Exercises: Sitting hamstring stretch. Ready? Go! Be sure not to bend your legs throughout the exercise. 5,4,3,2,1, Stop! Next Exercises: Hamstring stretch single leg. Ready? Go! Don’t bend the leg, to achieve the maximum elongation it must always be well stretched. Switch side in the shortest time possible. Go! 5,4,3,2,1, Stop! Next Exercises: Sitting abductor Stretch. 5,4,3,2,1, Ready? Go! Don’t turn your back, try staring at a fixed point in front of you. Switch side in the shortest time possible. Go! 5,4,3,2,1, Stop! Next Exercises: Sitting Hamstring Stretch Toe Pull. Ready? Go! Don’t bend your back to facilitate reaching your feet, keep it constantly straight. 5,4,3,2,1, Stop!

  1. Whenever I do hamstring stretches, I do not feel anything on my legs but on the back of my knees. Feels different from stretching, too, it´s like a sharp pain. Why?

  2. I have done a few of your videos and it would be nice if there was more instruction for properly setting yourself up for the stretch or exercise. Should never take it for granted that one knows how to correctly do an exercises. You do give good training tips but you should take a bit more interest in getting in the right position. Thanks ~~ Tracy
