Meditative Breath and Stretch for Calm and Focus

Meditative Breath and Stretch for Calm and Focus

This is a meditative breath that really
helps calm and focus the body start by bringing your hands together in prayer
position just take a few deep breaths here feeling the body feeling the bottom
of the feet connected to the earth so breathing in and out through the nose good and then release the palms and open
up the heart and the chest wide as you reach your hands up overhead and touch
the palms and just exhale hands down through the heart center we’re gonna do
this several times opening the palms up rotating the shoulders back inhale up
and exhale bring the hands down through the heart center so this is a moving
meditation I want you to just focus on your inhale and your exhale as you
stretch and reach the arms back behind you inhale stretch it up and exhale
hands down through the heart center even closing the eyes for a couple breaths
it’s really getting into the feeling sensations in your body as you open and
slow down the mind a little bit and just connect with the breath connect with the
heart connect with the earth feeling the bottom of the feet opening up the chest
let’s do two more big breaths bringing the hands down through the center moving
with the breath inhale up exhale one more time inhale and exhale
finishing with the hands at the heart center and just take a body scan notice
if you feel more light and bright inside your body
