  4. Mine would get so bad i couldnt walk. Less than a minute of laying on my stomach and I can get up and go. I do the press ups several times a day at work and I made a lot of progress the first day. It usually takes me 2 to 3 weeks to get over a flare up. At this rate ill be over it in 2 to 3 days.   6. I just stumbled across your channel. I’ve just been diagnosed with a bulging disc which is causing pain in my butt and down my right leg. The first thing my doctor said to me was “you need surgery” Umm, no thanks, I will try other remedies first. Going to try these exercises and see how I go. ❤️

  8. you guys really are helping me big-time you know that right I mean the exercises you're showing me after doing them I walk around the house pain free the thing that sucks the most soon as I sit down and I'm home a lot so I sit a lot I mean I can't stand the whole entire day when I'm home unless I'm cleaning a real lot then it doesn't bother me as much as soon as I sit down or lay down that is it and in the morning when I first wake up sometimes I even hate to wake up because I know what I'm in for

  11. What if you've been diagnosed with spondylolithesis in L4-L5 and before knowing that, the back extensions worked like magic. 30 seconds and I'd be walking normally. Now I'm not supposed to bend back. Alternatives?

Those exercises helped me big time 5 years ago to the point where I had zero pain, now the dam Sciatica devil is back out of the blue without me doing anything out of the ordinary, and exercising is not helping much, Regardless I'm still doing the exercises even though I do get pain doing them (pain that I can take), hoping that it will help in the long run, few questions:
    1. Walking seems very soothing, is it any good?
    2. When exercising through pain (not crazy pain, tolerable pain), is it ok to keep on going without considering the pain?
    3. Are those exercises taking care of only the pain or the actual problem?
    4. Sometimes I have pain down to the middle of the right calf, sometimes only in the upper part of the butt (very sharp pain),
    Which makes it very hard to analyze, when on earth am I on the right track, your thoughts please.

  15. Hey Bob and Brad! I wanted to say big thanks to you guys! I have been lifting weights all my life, a personal trainer, bodyguard, learning/ teaching Martial Arts since my 20s and staying fit. I woke up one morning and had three pinched nerves, one in my Sciatic nerve / and two nerves going to my right hand. I have had the shots and the one for my Sciatic nerve lasted about 2 months then the pain returned. The 2 shots in my neck lasted the day and the pain was back.
    I found your videos on youtube and started doing the work and the upper back pain has diminished by 80% to 90% sometimes completely gone. Also, this may help others (Lat pulldowns completely extending the lats every time and in-between reps hang onto the bar as long as you can before releasing it. You can just hang there also to stretch out the back if your able. Use comfortable weight not too much) This would probably be for those that had been in shape and are working to get back there. It worked for me may not work for everyone. I do 3 sets of 10 twice a day along with your training.
    **My doctor was against me doing anything thing on my own to repair this myself (he has my best interest at heart I'm sure he probably didn't want me to cause myself more pain) but I told him what I was doing and why I canceled the last set of injections he said if it works keep doing it***

As I am typing this, I am sobbing cause I tried some of your techiniques and I am having some relief from this sudden sciatica pain that started since sunday for me. First time in my life I have experienced this severe pain as if i wont be able to see another day- thats how painful it is. Through prayers and hope I believe I will be cured by this stretches in no time at all in JESUS' name!   19. What if have long time shoulder problems and can't push up nor put hands on hips(nothing to tilt shoulders- many surgeries in past) to do back ex's?

  21. Thanks a lot, I'm now able to do press ups all the way with little pain now, Walking is great I have zero pain when walking and it feels really good, by the way walking up stairs is also very comfortable.
    I'm keeping on pressing ups at least 10 times a day, the only time I get kind of very minor pain in my right leg thigh is when I wake up in the morning, after about 30min it's all gone.
    I think I'm on the right path ….two thumbs up for your wonderful video tutorials.

  22. What can I do for morning pain? I wake up every day will extreme pain in the butt muscle squeezing on the sciatic nerve. Takes about 4 ibu for relief and gets better during the day. The pain is so intense it takes me 15 minutes to get to the bathroom.

  24. I absolutely love you guys I try all of your stretches they work amazingly. I wanted to ask I get my legs all the way down to my calf massage and that seemed to really start my sciatica can you say anything to that?

  25. Not able to do your exercises due to pending cirvical ADR with fusion. Plus both knees are severe and are to be scheduled for TKR. I live alone. No one to help with piloows etc. The siatic pain is severe. I tried conservative treatments and holy smoly wanna scream. I cannot sit and cannot stand. So done with this.

  26. What is the difference between sciatica and stenosis? I have been diagnosed with both labels…will the same exercises work for both? Also, I would have to do these on the floor (it’s the only option at work), how the heck do I get back up again? I am in my mid 60s.

  27. Help Help Bob and Brad I really need your help, I'm totally confused now;

    You would not believe this, woke up this morning after all this amazing 4 weeks recovery that I had, and found myself back in square one again, Only now the pain I had on the back of my leg was replaced by 20% numbness all the way to the toes, a slight bend for brushing my teeth and boom all the pain came back. Please any suggestions and words of encouragement?
    It's now few day after I wrote the first part of this message and it looks like I'm recovering again, the only thing that really bothers me is that I have about 15% numbness in the back of the right leg thigh, heal, and bottom of foot, and tiny bit on 3 toes,

    When doing the McKenzie exercise every hour of every day I have no pain in the leg or back at all, could you give me few words of encouragement as to my numbness issue???

  28. For 10 days I had it in both sides couldn't sit down and was confined to bed layed flat out with knees raised. Eventually left side eased off so getting in and out of bed was less painful. Fourteen days in and right side still extremely painful with spasams threatening with each step I take. I'm hopeing within the next few days to be able to do the excercises you Guys have demostrated.   30. I have pain across my upper bottom, right hip and thigh. I am unable to do these exercises because I have across shoulder, down the arm pain and knee pain. I can't lie on my stomach. I can't lie on my side because of arm and shoulder. I can only do the sitting exercise.

    I've been working out at 3am when the pain wakes me up. Then I'll do the water exercise. But it dosen't take the pain away. Just helps me move better. So I'll try some of your tips to help me sleep better at night. Thanks again guys

  35. I being walking and adding laps up to 7 and aiming to then I stretch and and do leg stretches and back stretches. When I am walking my laps it start hurting am I making it worse?
