One Special Exercise for Vericose Veins & for Nerves Related Problems by Nityanandam Shree


Namaskaram (Hello) Today I’ll teach you one exercise for varicose veins problem. It’s just one exercise. However, the complete package of Yoga i.e. how a person with varicose veins should do Yoga, that, I have already explained to all of you. And if you want to watch them then, you’ll get their links in the description below. If you will click that link then, that video will be played and you’ll be able to watch it. That (Yoga package) you definitely have to follow. There is no other way, you can’t escape from it. You have to follow that at any cost. But the exercise that today I’ll teach you is like a tip to you. It’s like a bonus or a special tip for all of you. It will help you a lot in improving nerve problems and in giving strength to nerves. You don’t have to do this exercise by wearing sleepers. This is to be done while standing. That’s why I’m telling, that this should be done barefoot and not wearing sleepers. And this should be done with full attentiveness and not in a hurry. So, let me explain it to you. Just watch. So, like this(stand) in your courtyard, or in your room, or anywhere while walking, or while doing your work (household), while walking here and there, maybe, going to the bathroom then coming back from the bathroom, So, at these times you can do it, just to save your time. You don’t need to spare a special time for this. You can do it while doing your other work. So, how to do it? Like this (As in Video), Interlock your hands, Inhale & pull your body upwards Now, your body is upwards. Lift your heels and your full body weight in on the toes. Take normal breaths and start walking slowly. Like this (As shown in video) There are chances of falling down while doing this. So, when you feel you are losing your balance, then you can put your heels down. Then again stand on your toes and walk. But take care that, in a hurry, you don’t have to take bigger steps. You have to take small steps. You can practice this for 1-2 minutes in the morning, afternoon, evening each. If you could practice this for 2 minutes 3 times a day then your nerves will be strengthened very quickly. However, people who suffer from pain in varicose veins, when you are restless due to pain, then you don’t have to practice this exercise. You need to start doing this exercise when you feel that I am healthy now, it’s been 20-30 days doing Yoga, And by doing Yoga from last 20 days I have got so much strength that the pain has reduced a lot, got enough strength by doing massage. Got enough strength by following a proper diet and by taking help from Ayurveda, that the pain has reduced a lot now, then you can practice this exercise to strengthen your nerves even more. In that scenario, if you’ll add this in your routine then it’ll benefit more. Instead of doing it in the starting itself. Though, this can be done in the starting also. I’m not disapproving it, but if doing since starting itself then practice for a maximum of 1-2 minutes only in a day. Process of repeating it 2-3 times in a day should be done gradually when body strength & nerves strength has increased, the pain has reduced, then only practice it fully. This is very good for treating varicose veins. Moreover, it strengthens the nerves, so those, who don’t have varicose veins can also practice it. It’ll be very good for them. Their nerves will stay healthy forever. That’s all for today.
