  5. Hi Christina loved the video I've have pelvic floor tension for 3 years now i am getting better with stretching and meditation whats the best stretch for urgency no 1 and 2 the pain a lot better but still need to wee alot day and night

  9. I just started this as I am trying whatever I can to avoid UTI's! I saw that stretching your pelvic floor helps. I notice that when I do the stretch with feet together and knees out, that my legs shake!

  12. Hi Christina, I just started a beginning adult ballet class and realized my pelvic muscles were so tight when we did floor stretches. I was soooo aware how much less flexible I was than the other ladies in the class, especially when sitting upright and bending from the hips forward over straightened legs. I couldn't bend forwards to an even partially flat bend over my legs! I just did your pelvic release stretches and already feel warmer and more flexible. My main issue is that I have difficulty hinging from my hips. Any further tips?
