Piriformis Stretch Knee to Opposite Shoulder – Ask Doctor Jo


For a piriformis stretch with your knee to the opposite shoulder, lie on the ground
with your knees propped up. Take the side that you’re gonna stretch, and cross it
over. Then take your knee and pull it up and over towards the opposite shoulder
until you feel a stretch right in through there, and hold that stretch.
