Protein Blueberry Muffins | Lais Deleon’s Sweet No-Bake Protein Treats

Hello everyone, I’m Lais Deleon, NLA For Her Athlete and today I’m going to show you how to make my protein blueberry muffins. To get started, in a large mixing bowl you’re going to add your liquid egg whites almond extract (or if you prefer, you can use vanilla extract) and your fat-free blueberry Greek yogurt. Then we’re going to add our baking powder, salt, and coconut flour. Then we’re going to add honey our NLA for Her blueberry muffin protein powder Mix everything together until it’s an even batter consistency. and last, add fresh blueberries. Next, quickly coat the inside of your silicone mold with coconut oil spray. Now, fill your cupcake mold with the batter. Since this is no-bake recipe, we’re going to take this over to the microwave. We’re going to cook these in microwave in 30-second intervals. We’re going to continue this process until batter is no longer gooey. We’re doing this because everybody’s microwave cooks at different temperatures. Once your muffins are cooked, pull them out and let them cool. Then, enjoy.   4. wouldn't microwaving it considered baking????? i believe "no baking" mean no use of any source of cooking.

  7. Microwaved processed food………… Really? Wow, I was excited when it said "no bake" I thought it was gonna be a raw foods recipe or something, kinda healthy! 😶😱 This is a terribly toxic diet to recommend, they would be healthier if they were raw or even baked. The microwave causes cancer! And kills all the living enzymes that were even in those "foods" as it wasnt terribly healthy to begin with but it wasn't the worst. At least the blueberries, coconut flour, and honey have some health benefits when eaten raw!
