Hello Everyone, Welcome back to my channel Today I am sharing with you a very healthy recipe for “Whole Moong Dal Appe” This is a perfect option for your breakfast Also you can make this as tea time snack or for tiffin You can check the ingredient list in the description box So here I am using Whole Green Gram I soaked them overnight Or you can soak them in water for 6-7 hrs Transfer these to mixer/grinder jar Add Green Chili and Ginger Asafoetida Salt Garam Masala Add water and grind to smooth paste Transfer this batter to mixing bowl Add finely chopped veggies I am here using onion, tomatoes and corn You can add any veggies of your choice Like if you like carrots, you can add grated carrots Add Coriander leaves and mix well When Appe pan is heated well, we will add Eno (Add Eno when you are ready to make Appe) Mix it well If you are not going to use whole batter at one time, then take the required batter in another bowl and add Eno accordingly Grease the pan with oil You can replace Eno with Baking Soda Fill all the circles properly with batter If you don’t have this pan, you can make “Cheela” with this batter It also tastes really good Now cover the lid and keep the flame on medium Now flip these cover again and let them cook from other side as well For one batch to cook completely, it will take about 8-10 mins Don’t keep the flame on high, otherwise they will turn brown but will remain uncooked from inside As you can see these are well cooked from both sides, so our first batch is ready Serve these hot with Coriander Chutney or tomato ketchup So friends, this was my today’s protein rich and healthy recipe I hope you liked it If you like it, then please try and share with your friends and family If you are watching my channel for the first time, then Please Consider Subscribing It is totally free and really means alot to me I will see you all with a new recipe.
