Quick And Easy Wrist Stretch For Office Workers – #WellnessWednesday


Welcome back to Wellness Wednesday.
Take a break from your keyboard and follow along for an easy wrist stretch. To begin,
reach your arms forward, flex the palms up and then flex the palms down,
flex the palms up, flex the palms down, flex the palms up, and then apply pressure
on the left fingertips to stretch that whole underarm on the left side. Stretch the
right fingertips so stretch the whole bottom part of the right underside.
And then from here, flex the left hand, flex the right hand, flex the hands down,
and then pull out the fingers, feeling the stretch from the center of the palm.
On the right side, and then both palms flex down and rinse out the wrists, inward,
rotate outward make a fist, and release. Thanks for following along. Be sure to
