Rotator cuff Stretch for your Internal rotators


To stretch your internal rotators, you’re
going to place one of your arms at a 90 degree angle like this. Then you’re
going to take a stick and grab it with your top hand, like this. Now placing
the stick behind your arm, and then you’re going to take the bottom hand
and slowly lift the stick like this, making your arm placed at a 90
degree angle bend backwards. Once you feel a stretch, stop and hold it
for five to ten seconds. As you get more flexible, just keep bending your
arm back by lifting your stick up more and more.
