Now I’m going to show you two different
kinds of dips. The first one is going to be tricep dips, which is going to tone and tighten
your triceps and get your arms in a nice bikini body shape. If you’re a beginner you can go ahead and
try these dips with your knees bent. It’s still going to put a lot of emphasis
on your triceps, just without putting on so much pressure that you can’t control it. When doing dips you want to get as low to
the ground as you can get. So you want to make sure your elbows are in and back the
whole time.
