  1. one part should be mentioned too!! that after GPCR attach to the G protein, ATP replaces the GDP on the alpha subunit to put G-protein in an ACTIVE state so it binds with the adenylyl cyclase…etc. then G-protein hydrolyzes GTP to form GDP to make the G-protein in an inactive state.   5. "…kinase means it does something or it does action." – i thought kinase technically denotes a class of enzyme which is involved in group transfer reactions, specifically the transfer of a phosphate from ATP to another molecule.
