  1. Okay, I first discovered Bob & Brad in April of 2017 when, after picking something up off of the floor, I heard a dreaded "pop!" "snap!" and bam, I landed in Knee Injury City. I guess my knee went past my foot? it was almost like…a bad lunge position.

So, I suffered a torn meniscus/torn gastroc annnnnd a "meniscocapsular separation". Or, capsular injury. It's been….hell. I've been dealing with this mess for almost a year now. I had surgery in November, but, I'm still struggling. My left leg muscles are weak, no matter how many quad sets I try to do.

I would love to try this exercise, but, I'm afraid. It seems very similar in form to how I originally hurt myself! 🙁 But, again, perhaps my knee went past my foot resulting in a non-contact hyperextension. ….I really don't know. So, even though I'm desperate to strengthen my leg muscles big time… I'm not sure I'm ready for this one. Looks great, though.

If Bob & Brad happen to be reading this – I think you two are simply awesome and I soooo wish I could be one of your patients.

My own PT folks weren't sure if the protocol for a "Capsular Injury of the Knee" is the same as a Meniscus Tear, so….we halted all PT. 🙁 siiigh…. Wonder what you two guys would think.

Anyway, cheers! Keep up the great work and like everyone else says…your intro song RULES.

  5. I absolutely love y'all corny selves! Thanks for the tips! My knees kill me everyday and thought it was something I wouldn't always have to live with. Trying these ASAP!

  6. I love your sense of humor! Thank you for all your advice. I think with your therapy I will get better after falling down a flight of stairs in Jan 2018 and smashing down my right knee. Ouch. I walked for an hour today and did a lot of your exercise stretches xox! kinda of sore. I want to get back to cardio steps, but not sure if this is good yet. I was working out for1hr 45 min. 3x a day before I fell down stairs. I want to get back on track. Any suggestions f rom Brad or Bob would be appreciated. MRI didn't indicate any broken or fractures of bones.

  7. Wow, I'm coming off a tibial plateau fracture non operative and the non weight bearing killed me. That first exercise proves how much strength I've lost. wow. Thanks.

  12. Will these exercises prevent going to the operation stage. Having problems with both knees & awaiting results of MRI scan. Have previously had both done in 2007 (right) & 2012 (left)

  18. Hi, it’s been a year for me since my ACL. But my knee clicks and doesn’t feel 100% stable. I’m a bit scared of valgus and I feel like I’ve plateaued and it’s not gonna recover more

  19. Can you please provide a link for the pole you are holding doing these exercises. I thought I'd seen it before on Amazon but couldn't find it today. Thanks!

  23. I’ve decided I will NOT be having anymore surgery in my lifetime and I’m using your superb videos to strengthen my hips, back, knees, ankles, ETC!! I came to you for IT BAND syndrome. After successful release, pain relief and renewed mobility using your videos, I’m a believer that I can truly be prepared for my golden years. Thank you so much!!

  24. Good exercises. But these guys talk too much. I guess in the middle of the country where these guy seem to be from, that is homliness. In NYC a waste of time. I have arthritis, loss of balance in feet, torn tendens. These can be too painful but I try to do the exercises.

  25. I'm assuming this would be a good exercise to do if you have recovered from ACL surgery…..meaning, at some point after the doctor has cleared you for normal activity this would be a good exercise to do to help continue to strengthen the knee muscles to support the reconstructed joint/ligament….???

  26. I'm willing to try these but hesitant because both my kneecaps were removed after a car accident shattered them. Since then I've had both total knee joints replaced. Squatting is impossible.

  28. I need to start doing these. At 72, I've been blessed to not have any knee problems. It seems like most of my friends and relatives who around my age have had to endure knee surgeries, and I've seen how painful it is. Sure want to avoid that at all costs!

  29. You guys are great. I just love watching your videos. The one you just did above will really help me because it’s just one exercise I have to do and stretch to strengthen my legs. I had knee replacement surgery four years ago and I haven’t been doing the exercises and so my knees are really weak. This is inspiration to get back on the program.

  30. Haha, I hate jingles( having been a radio dj) , but I love yours! Got a little problem with my mcl so I'm checking out your information, thanks!!
