I’m Tony and I’m going to be doing some CTI training at Carl’s Open Gym CTI stands for close to impossible I’m going to do CTI raises I’m going to do them in 3 different grips I’m going to do close grip I’m going to do standard grip and I’m going to do wide grip. And I’m also going to do CTI pull ups So you’re going to go like this You are going to hold the bar you’re going to try and extend fast and come back And I’m going to do that in 3 grips Carl:  Yeah, good Tony *background chatter *background chatter *background chatter Tony:  Right now I’m just going to do some forearm conditioning for the CTI

  1. Do you think there would be a way to use a resistance band to hold yourself in the full CTI position (and then gradually decrease band tension etc. to work into it using only your own strength)?
