What’s up guys? Level 2 Wrist ABC’s. So before we’re 90 degrees, now our
arm’s going to be nice and straight. Same things, no movement in the shoulder,
no movement in the elbow, just the wrist. Dennis is gonna start off squeezing at about 40 to 50 percent and he’s gonna draw that alphabet. So you can still start off with small letters. As you get better and better, real big letters, cursive,
capitals, whatever font you want, it doesn’t matter. Just do them. A through Z.
If you get tired you know stop at C if you have to. But use that alphabet
as your level of conditioning.
