  2. I love this channel, this practice and you guys. My daughter and I talk about how much better we feel knowing there are other people who would get us! Thank you. Please tell us how we can best support you both. We benefit from your yoga practices daily.

  3. Your ability to fix literally everything that is wrong with me is amazing, thank you for all the wonderful work you put into your videos.

  4. Hello Beautiful, I have a question. So when going into the lizard posture, my straight leg, not the one tilted to the side, the knee of it feels wrong somehow. Like it´s overexerting something just above the kneecap. Otherwise the posture feels very good and it´s not too hard to flexibility, how do I fix this and still go into the full posture? I tend to have to ease out of it early because the knee starts to send alarms like it will get over exertion from holding too long. Should I tuck the toes of the same leg or place something soft underneath?

  5. I just finished the 21 days of sweat an I really enjoyed it, can feel a big difference in flexibility strength and I’m more toned, thank you so much for such wonderful videos

  6. I released a lot of tense emotions while doing this. I feel so much better afterwards, particularly in an emotional sense. Thank you so much

  7. I completely loved that practice. A beautiful (much like you) yin sequence that stilled my mind and body. Thank you. X

  8. I have felt such a difference from doing this video. I love it. However I'm really struggling to get into pigeon pose. I can't my bent leg straight to the top of the map, it always slips into being parallel with the side of the mat. I also find it hard to have my weight even on both sides in this pose. Any tips or I would love a video, currently working through splits in 30 days and getting results!!

  9. Seeing experienced people going through yoga motions is so beautiful. The amount of strength it exudes is always impressive. I imagine it's why people also like ballet, which I can't get into, probably because unlike ballet I know and understand the yoga poses and effort of them.

  10. love you guys so much, i have rheumatoid arthritis and doing all your yin yoga exercises every night is helping so much. Eternal gratitude to you guys (:

  11. I practice ashtanga yoga and wanted to try yin yoga. It released my hips so much I was overwhelmed with joy. I want to incorporate this into my routine

  12. One of my favorites form you guys… the sequence and the postures are perfectly chosen and the music is so beautiful and magical… (what is it?) the only way to improve this, would be to keep the postures longer. Thank you. Namaste

  13. When I woke up this morning at 4am my pretty lazy self tried to find excuses to not do this Yoga class right now and to just do it tomorrow. But somehow I still ended up sitting on my yoga mat with my phone propped up in front of me, watching this very video.
And I'm so so glad that I have. I have never ever dond Yin Yoga before but have wanted to for ages (okay maybe that's a bit of an overstatement). I've been doing Yoga for a while now, with an, I must say, rather inexperienced instructor though. This morning on that Yoga mat with this very video playing was the first time I realized how much negativ energy has been stored up in my muscels and my lazy ass self decided without any hesitation that I would start practicing Yin Yoga on the daily. Thank you so much 🙂

  14. Your yoga are so beautiful, I been do it every day . They make me feel at so good and I feel peace with the world 🌎 Thank you so much 😊🥰🥰

  17. This this perfect at 0,5 speed. Except for the sound, which is a bit… psychedelic then. In the time you do a whole flow I cannot even breath out.
Apart from that this is perfect for me! Just what I needed, so healing. I just did this twice so far and I feel great already. 🙂

  25. amazing – love these sessions. I feel like I’ve had a hip replacement 😃. Thanks and keep up the great work 🙏

  26. My leg muscles hurt because I over trained myself yesterday. Is this exercise a good choice today in your opinion for sore muscles?

  27. Feeling a bit off with where my boyfriend and mines relationship is heading (or not) so I was literally holding in my emotions when he was here thinking “I just need a boho practice to myself before bed and everything will be okay”. Thank you.

  28. Hi, I started wanting to cry during the right side (pigeon position) as I felt energy stuck there and when you said to let go. As if I could finally liberate something that weighted me for a long time.

I felt sad, and good at the same time, sad because I felt my own deep pain, and good, as if it was time for me to let go.

I will continue Yin Yoga and thank you for this wonderful introduction, I feel a deeper connexion to myself during this class.

    Thanks you so much.

  29. This was by far the best yoga class I've seen online. I would like to see the class with extended time 3-5 min holding the pose that long, where can I find that class?

  30. Love the flow! Day one in shoelace pose I couldn't even bend. Day 6 I can touch my head to my knee. Thank you for the healing! Namaste!

  31. i love this so much!! It so good and I feel so much better afterwards. I was just wondering if there was any way you could do a yin yoga video that focused a bit more on the upper body? Thank you for all your videos I love them so much!!

  32. Wonderfull. This really makes my legs feel strong and my whole body feel good. Would be nice to have a full stretch video for the neck and the upper body. But especially the neck area

  33. I subscribed when you had only 100k subs. I am so happy you reached 1million. Still coming back to your videos <3

  34. This is the first video I've watched of yours and I'm so grateful for you, you're my favourite teacher, completely my vibe thank you love <3

  35. First time trying this one and loved it! The message on patience will resonate inside of me for a while! THANK YOU!

  36. This has been the most beautiful yoga practice I’ve experienced. I’m going thru some mental battles right now and needed a peace of mind. Thank you so much, love and gratitude always

  37. This is the first time I've ever tried any of your yoga classes and I love it already and it turns out this is one of yours favourites as well. Amazing.

  38. Just love this channel!
In the past I tried all sorts of different live yoga classes, but I just could not focus and get that "being in the moment" feeling. However, I do love to move and go to the gym (crossfit) regularly, and stretching is a mandatory part to maintain this lifestyle. I frequently (almost every day) use one of your videos to do a quick or slow stretch of the muscles and to relax the brain. I feel more at ease following your videos while my toddler is watching youtube videos in the background, than I ever felt following live classes. Thank you, namaste! <3

  39. Love this video. The deep stretching is the best and releasing all of the tension that I was holding onto. Thank you!!! ❤️

  40. This is definitely one of your best yin yoga videos. My muscles always feel relaxed and released after doing this! Thank you so much! Greetings from Germany 🇩🇪❤️
