I liked it a lot, but in the lunge position the knee that is on the mat hurts from the pressure of my body on it. My mat is quite thin. Am I doing something wrong or do I just need to practice it more. I hope someone can help. Thanks a lot. I subscribed now.

  28. Finding this video saved my life. Without delving into too many details, as some are far too personal to disclose, I can tell you I was in a very dark place, both physically and emotionally. I was very sick, and very scared. I will disclose that I suffered from clinical anxiety/OCD and my blood sugar was at a dangerous level. My body was to wound up I had trouble even walking. One night, I simply broke down in tears. I felt so desperate. I suddenly wondered if maybe I could find a video to safely instruct me on safe stretching because I was in pain and thought it might help. This was one of the videos that appeared. The expression on Juliana's face in the thumbnail was what caused me to choose it. The moment I heard her voice, I knew I'd found exactly what I was looking for. I cried the entire time I went through the routine. Not because it hurt, but because it felt so good, and because I was releasing emotionally. So much toxicity poured out. Years and years of both physical and emotional agony. I've never felt such liberation. I began doing this routine every day after that- sometimes twice a day. Only a week later, I walked into my therapist's office, and he was shocked at the difference. He said I was a complete 180 degrees from the woman he had initially met. I was calm, centered. He said I even walked different. That was three months ago. I've now advanced to some of the other videos here on Boho Beautiful, I've lost a nice amount of weight and my blood sugar has normalized. And, my husband and neighbor have joined me in doing yoga. My husband has benefited from your guidance especially, too, as he's had surgery for a ruptured disc in his back and has since had trouble with back pain. This has helped him tremendously. I'd like to thank you both for your love and inspiration, and helping those find their way when they're lost. I don't know where I'd be had I not found you. My husband thanks you, as well.
