As I moved deeper into my journey, I started studying Vedic astrology. Indian (Vedic) yoga is about our body's alignment with the planet'.     How many times a week can/ should/ may one do this video? This one gives me a fair bit on energy and oomph and just makes me want to do – you know, to get started on stuff – so just wondering if I can do this everyday and make it a daily practice and if not, what should I mix this one up with?
