  7. Love yoga!!! I didn't get into until my first semester back to school. I took a beginners yoga class and loved it!!! My fav pose is when you have one leg bent in front and the other leg straight back and you lean forward over the leg that is bent. That stretch feels sooo good hahaha..

  8. I'll have to try some of these out. Sometimes I'll stretch on my bedroom floor and that helps me unwind.

  9. This is a question for your next Wednesday YouTube Q&A…. Do you have suffer a big event such as any form of abuse/ death of a loved one to suffer from mental illness?

  10. I haven't tried it yet. I've been looking into it heavily though. Even joined a TRT group on facebook. See, I've been dealing with depression, anxiety, low energy, agitation, moodiness, very hard for me to lose fat, and just a poor feeling of wellness. Then I came across TRT and a lot of those symptoms I've been battling against all fit together in with low T. So, I do plan on discussing it with my doc. Just hoping she's open minded about it and doesn't freak out with the mentioning of test.

  11. Awesome! Thank you so much for showing ways that I can do it in my very unhealthy state. Off to check out more of your videos and your website. I hope you don't mind but I would love to place links to your videos and any helpful information I find to my site. Again thank you!

  13. I tried this and loved it. I do it at the end of my usual workout to relax. As I've never done yoga before, it's simple enough to follow. Thank you x

  14. Thank you so much for this video! I've been wanting to find something just like this, along with it not making me feel horrible if I can't do it "just so". Your open kindness is a balm to a painful soul. Thank you again.

  15. I am so glad I looked at this video….I have been resistant to my dieticians suggestion to try yoga thinking it was wonky or something and I had been doing something lie it all along….I just have better stretches to use for relaxing..thankyou!!
